Phil Stoltzfus
Owner
Phil Stoltzfus has spent more than 35 years helping homeowners and businesses solve problems. As co-owner of The Rug Beater Cleaning Enterprises and founder and owner of RestorePlus, Phil has built his career around providing an outstanding service experience.
An IICRC Master in Water, Fire, and Textiles and a certified Level 2 DISC trainer, Phil has a passion for problem-solving, teaching and helping others grow.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, their children and grandchildren, riding his motorcycle, and relaxing at the family cabin.
Phil’s Superpower is Seeing What Others Miss. Whether cleaning carpet, inspecting a property, troubleshooting a restoration project, or training his team, Phil has a knack for spotting details others overlook. He combines decades of hands-on experience with practical problem-solving to turn those observations into solutions people can understand and act on.
Lori Stoltzfus
President
Lori Stoltzfus has been the President of RestorePlus since its inception in 2023. She is also the co-owner of The Rug Beater Cleaning Enterprises with her husband Phil. Lori has spent decades building businesses around a pretty simple philosophy: take care of people, just do the right thing, and make a difference whenever you can.
She loves building relationships, connecting people, encouraging her team, and finding opportunities to help others succeed. Whether she’s talking with a customer, mentoring an employee, networking in the community, or helping people see the vision, Lori brings energy, heart and a genuine interest in the people around her.
Her faith plays an important role in both her life and leadership style, and she believes business is about much more than numbers.
Lori is especially passionate about developing people and helping them recognize just how much they’re capable of becoming.
Lori’s SuperPower is seeing potential in people that they don’t see in themselves.
Brandon Sourwine
Project Manager
Brandon Sourwine has currently been with RestorePlus for almost a year as a Project Manager. He has been married to his amazing wife Wendy for four years with many more to come. He has five children. Two girls, Katelyn and Lilly Anne and three boys Ethan,
Benjamin and Seth. He also has a black golden doodle named Bella.
Brandon enjoys anything outdoors. He specifically enjoys hiking, fishing and kayaking/boating.
Brandon’s SuperPower is his ability to be empathetic, which makes him so great for our clients as he steps into their shoes and imagines what they are experiencing.
Lee Enck
Lead Water Mitigation Technician
Lee Enck has been in the restoration business for four years. As a Lead Water Mitigation Technician, his role includes making sure that the job is done correctly and the customer is satisfied. Lee is an Ephrata native and graduate. He’s always proud to assist the community in a time of need.
In Lee’s free time he loves to bowl as much as possible and has fourteen 300 games. He also loves to play volleyball, and explore/engulf himself in the outdoors. His horizons are always open to being broadened and happy to continue to learn more.
Lee’s SuperPower is being able to get along with absolutely anyone.
Edgar Milanes
Lead Water Technician
Edgar Milanes has been a Lead Water Technician with the company for three months.
He has two boys and a god daughter. He currently has his oldest in baseball and it means so much to him since baseball was his pride and joy growing up. Edgar played baseball till college when a leg injury cut his career short. Seeing his son live the dream he once had and arguably love it even more means so much to him.
A SuperPower that Edgar wishes he had would be healing powers. Then he would be able to save/prevent the loss of loved ones. The SuperPower that he does have is being a quiet strength in the room.
Diane Berta
Technician
Diane Berta has been with RestorePlus for about 5 months as a technician. She has seven years of experience in the restoration industry. She is also an experienced carpet cleaning tech for The Rug Beater Cleaning Enterprises.
She is married to her husband Phil and has three children. Diane loves to cook and try new food.
Her SuperPower is finding the fun in everyday!
Aja Campbell
Operations Manager
Aja Campbell is the Operations Manager for RestorePlus. Though not with the company for a long period of time yet, her background has been in healthcare, customer solutions, property management and project management in residential construction and remodeling.
A fun fact about Aja is she was named after the Steely Dan album. She was born and raised in South Carolina. She has lived in Pennsylvania for the last 24 years and currently resides in Richland. She lives with her husband Danny, her three year old dog Piper and her three cats-Kaley, Fat Baby and Lilith. She also has a 22 year old son, Mason, who is currently attending Full Sail University majoring in IT.
Aja’s SuperPower is empathy. Her ability to feel and understand ones struggle makes her the perfect “go-to-person” to see you and your loved ones through your current time of crisis.
Ashleigh Dobbs
Business Developer
Ashleigh Dobbs has been with RestorePlus for one year as a Business Developer. She loves using her heart for people and her passion for developing trusted, meaningful connections to serve others well. At RestorePlus, whether it’s finding the right solution, asking a different question, or stepping in wherever she is needed, she loves creating connections that make a difference for our customers, partners, and team.
At home, her life is full and fun with her husband and two boys. Quality time together is best spent exploring and discovering something along the way.
Ashleigh’s SuperPower is collecting hobbies, experiences, and a surprising number of rabbit holes.
McKenna Burkholder
Administrator
McKenna Burkholder is new to the RestorePlus team, and is currently working as the administrator for the company.
She is the second youngest of five children and became an aunt this past Christmas. McKenna attends Ephrata Community Church, and still attends Conestoga Valley High School for half days to complete her senior year.
In true fashion for a senior in high school, McKenna’s SuperPower is sleeping!
Kyle Hess
Business Developer
Kyle Hess recently joined the team at RestorePlus in May as a Business Developer. He grew up in the Donegal School District and went to college at Pittsburgh University where he received degrees in Marketing and Communications.
He married his wife Kyra about a year ago, and they make their home in Elizabethtown. They reside with their cava-poo named Otis. Kyle is very competitive and loves sports, games, being outdoors, and Jesus!

Josiah Onasch
Lead Technician
Josiah Onasch is the newest edition to the RestorePlus team. Coming aboard with a great deal of experience in the construction and remodeling world, he has taken on the Lead Technician role to better learn the world of restoration, before heading into a Project Manager role.
Known to all of us as Jay, he is currently single and enjoying the bachelor life. He loves to work out and loves the outdoors.
Josiahs SuperPower is kindness!
